Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API:
- Selected Email Text: Text you select and send to the extension for reply generation
- API Keys: Your personal API keys for AI services (if you configure your own)
- User Preferences: Your tone, length, and custom instruction preferences
- Email History: Recent emails you've processed (stored locally, limited to 10 items)
- Favorite Replies: Replies you've marked as favorites
Data We Do NOT Collect
Important: We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

How We Use Your Information

- API Keys: Used only to authenticate with your chosen AI service provider
- Preferences: Used to customize your reply generation experience
- History: Stored locally for your convenience to quickly access recent emails
Third-Party Services
When you use AI Reply Pro, your selected email text is sent to one of the following AI service
providers based on your choice or the default configuration:
- Groq (https://groq.com) - Default provider with free tier
- Anthropic (https://anthropic.com) - Optional paid service
- Hugging Face (https://huggingface.co) - Optional free tier

Data Security
- ✓ All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's secure storage API
- ✓ API keys are stored securely and never transmitted to any server except the AI service you've configured
- ✓ No data is sent to our servers because we don't operate any servers
- ✓ All API communications use HTTPS encryption
Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible through Chrome's extension storage
- Delete: You can clear all stored data by removing the extension or clearing Chrome's extension data
- Export: You can manually export your preferences and settings
- Control: You decide which AI provider to use and what data to send
Data Retention
- Email history is limited to the 10 most recent items
- All data is retained locally until you clear it or uninstall the extension
- No data is retained on external servers
- You can clear history at any time from the extension interface
Children's Privacy
AI Reply Pro is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top
indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the extension after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Open Source
AI Reply Pro is open source. You can review our code to verify our privacy practices and
confirm that we do not collect or transmit any personal data.
